About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Sales and Events professional with the passion and ability to create memorable experiences for our customers and provide sales and operational support to the CBD team. The successful candidate will oversee the events spaces at our Sydney CBD hospitality venues working alongside an events coordinator to drive both inbound and outbound sales. The role will involve meeting with clients, quoting business opportunities, seeking new leads and improving process in the events space to maximise revenue. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and market event services Facilitate inbound and outbound sales efforts to generate new revenue opportunities Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and expectations Prepare detailed run sheets, event and floor plans, timelines, and menus to ensure successful execution Motivate and lead the events team to create a memorable experience for all customers Communicate effectively with management team and kitchen Ensure end to end running of event Maintain accurate records of each event, including client preferences, contracts, and correspondence Maintain post-event reports and analysis to improve future event planning. About you: Passionate about creating amazing social, corporate, and special events! Minimum of at least 3 years experience in the sales & events space. Enjoy working to high standards in a fast-paced environment Highly organised with the ability to supervise, support and assist in operations Great time management and communication skills Problem solving skills and the ability to find the yes!
