The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead and drive strategic initiatives in: Creating and implementing marketing & sales initiatives that align with our values of sustainability and conscious commerce. Strengthening high-value partnerships while identifying new opportunities. Sourcing and building relationships with businesses in agriculture, ethical business, and holistic wellness. Supporting the growth and expansion of startups, including identifying and assessing new business opportunities. Implementing market research strategies to gather insights on existing and potential projects. Key Responsibilities Design and implement sales and marketing initiatives that amplify the mission of regenerative business, ethical entrepreneurship, and holistic wellness. Elevate brand presence through thought leadership , participating in trade shows and impact-driven business forums. Conduct in-depth market intelligence , uncovering untapped potential within regenerative industries. Represent our vision on global and local platforms , engaging at events to expand networks and strengthen impact. Engage and inspire communities , fostering awareness and meaningful connections in transformative projects. Explore emerging trends , identifying innovative opportunities that align with ethical business and regenerative economies. Lead high-level negotiations with integrity , shaping expansion strategies that honour conscious business principles. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic partnerships. Lead market research initiatives to analyse industry trends and consumer behaviours. Must-Have Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in global sales, preferably in sustainable industries. Experience in environmental or impact-driven organisations in leadership, sales, or strategic roles. Willingness to travel often, both nationally and internationally. A passion for conscious business, sustainability, and ethical entrepreneurship. A strategic thinker and self-starter, with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
