Job Description Account Management Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer reach. Conduct regular performance reviews with distributors to drive sales growth. Deliver technical product training to end users and distributor teams. Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities , assisting in coaching sales teams. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Business Development Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders. Identify and drive product innovation opportunities in mining and conveyor markets. Conduct market analysis and provide insights on competitors and industry trends. Technical & Engineering Support Offer technical expertise and after-sales support to customers and distributors. Collaborate with Engineering, Industry 4.0, and Mechanical Service Teams for hands-on field solutions. Develop in-depth knowledge of bearings, maintenance products, and condition monitoring equipment to support customer needs effectively. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mix of sales acumen, technical expertise, and business development skills who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment .
