We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Sales and Service Leader to join Benetas and lead the team in our Blackburn Customer Service Centre. Some of the ways you’ll make a difference: Design and implement a robust customer service strategy to support the delivery of great customer experiences. Redesign our Sales and Service operational model, and champion the introduction of new technology into the Benetas Customer Service Centre and Veterans Home Care teams. Support Sales Team members working with Operational teams to implement sales strategies which drive growth in our home care business and support meeting occupancy targets in residential aged care homes. Work closely with Residential and Home Care Operational teams within Benetas to ensure that Sales and Service Team deliverables are aligned to overall business objectives and goals. Provide support to leaders when needed in managing their daily operations including rostering requirements, call volumes, and customer queries. Be an active member of the Customer, Insights & Marketing leadership group, fostering a positive team culture through collaboration and mutual respect. To help you achieve this, ideally, you’ll have: Operational experience in managing a diverse Customer Service / Call Centre / Contact centre team across Sales and Service functions. Experience and understanding of the aged care sector. Proven track record in team leadership and employee engagement. Experience in leading successful change management. Experience of leading or being responsible for contact centre technology. Why work with us? Full-time, permanent role.
