About the Role We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales and Showroom Manager to support the Retail Business Manager and dynamic showroom team in New York City. This role is perfect for an ambitious leader ready to relocate from Australia and bring their expertise from likeminded Australian designer brands in women’s fashion to the heart of NYC. As a key player in the business, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, maintaining impeccable showroom standards, and delivering an elevated luxury client experience. You will work closely with senior leadership, contribute to business strategy, and have the opportunity to develop your career within an expanding global brand. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a high-performing team to exceed sales and KPI targets. Deliver an exceptional client experience that upholds the brand’s luxury standards. Support the Retail Business Manager in business strategy, staff development, and operational excellence. Manage personal and team sales, consultations, and client follow-ups. Act as the Business Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless daily operations. Maintain impeccable showroom presentation, aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. Provide insights on client trends by collaborating with design and development teams. Foster a professional, supportive, and motivating work environment. Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail sales. At least 2 years in a business or store management role. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a luxury setting. Strong leadership skills with experience in training, mentoring, and team motivation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and operational targets effectively. Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Bachelor’s degree required (for U.S. visa purposes). Benefits: Relocation to New York City with full visa support.
