Working in our Melbourne office, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a motivated and diverse team in providing Australian immigration & visa advice and service to clients. Responsibilities Counsel clients about their overseas and local career options whilst using our services. Responsible for counselling enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person. Provide guidance on the liabilities overseas options available to enable candidates & their families to make educated choices. Give clear and accurate information based on current immigration & visa laws & policies. Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate's profile and a personal global career strategy customized to their needs. Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and guiding customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Provide accurate and tailored Y-Axis solutions to clients. Desired Skills and Experience Prior experience in Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counselling will be highly regarded. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Strong drive for sales and achieving targets. Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow. Team skills and strong relationship-building skills. Approachable and professional. Computer literate.
