Typically 1-2 years of experience is required. About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Engineering, Marketing & Product (EMP) team. What You'll Be Responsible For Be the primary point of contact for all things Salesforce and support team members with best practices and tips on Salesforce usage, including training, and documentation of processes, policies, work instructions and configuration. Solution Design and Implementation: Maintain profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, workflows, validations, automations, page layouts, custom objects and fields. Business Analysis: Build out reporting capabilities to aid management, identify improvements for current processes and help with requirements gathering and solution design and implementation. Skills You'll Need Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables. Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals. Verbal communication: Speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience.
