About Our Client My client is an industry-leading Transport company. Job Description Oversee BAU Salesforce services, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategies. Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of contact for Salesforce service requests, enhancements, and issue resolution. Manage vendor resources to maintain and improve platform performance. Develop and implement service delivery frameworks, ensuring best practices in change management, incident resolution, and system governance. The Successful Applicant Proven experience in Salesforce service delivery, platform management, or administration. Experience managing Salesforce support teams, external vendors, and system integrators. Understanding of integration platforms (webmethods desirable). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
