About the Role The Salesforce Architect will design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions for the global Leisure travel business. This role involves collaborating with system integrators, internal platform leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives. The position requires an emphasis on best practices, minimal custom code, and a sustainable foundation for future growth within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design for Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with strategic business goals. Collaborate with internal teams and system integrators to maximize out-of-the-box functionality while minimizing custom code. Oversee integrations with internal systems, maintaining a unified data model and seamless user experience. Promote governance standards, DevOps practices, and platform best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem. Evaluate new Salesforce features and releases, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Ideal Candidate Profile Over 5 years of experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions, including multi-cloud implementations. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient, user-centric configurations. Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with legacy or third-party systems. Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. A proactive “configure-first” mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
