Contract : 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Potential for Extension) About the Company Our financial services client is seeking a dynamic Salesforce CRM Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimising and enhancing our Salesforce CRM system, focusing on both technical implementation and business collaboration. Role Overview As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our Salesforce CRM capabilities. This role requires a blend of business acumen and hands-on technical expertise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM is aligned with the business’s strategic goals, supporting the marketing automation tools (Pardot) and driving reporting functionality. Key Responsibilities Salesforce CRM Management : Customize and build out Salesforce CRM to meet the business needs, including adding new functionalities. Pardot Integration : Develop and enhance Pardot (Salesforce’s marketing automation tool), collaborating with the marketing team to improve campaigns and reporting. Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable CRM solutions. Reporting & Analytics : Create and manage CRM dashboards and reporting systems to provide data-driven insights for the business. CRM Support & Integration : Work with the external integration partner to manage any technical support needs and assist with the transition to in-house CRM management. Key Requirements Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including customization and feature building within Salesforce CRM. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot or similar marketing automation tools. Strong business understanding and ability to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Experience in asset management, finance, or a related field is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in CRM reporting and analytics. Experience working with or managing an integration partner. Knowledge of financial services or asset management is a plus. Interested?
