Job Responsibilities Should be well aware about defining persona based journeys. Should be well aware of Marketing Cloud configurations and OOTB features. Salesforce Marketing Cloud one certification is a must. Should have expert level understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Energy and Utility Industry. Should have well-versed knowledge of Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Engagement, Personalization, Cloud pages, and Data Extensions. Should have detailed knowledge of Integration and Data migration with SFMC. Should be able to gauge what's OOTB/Configuration and customization based on requirements w.r.t. Marketing Cloud. Should be able to articulate business requirements w.r.t. Salesforce terminology in Marketing Capabilities. Should be aware of Governor limits and Platform limitations of Salesforce. Should be able to provide alternative ways of implementation if something may not work as expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr
