As a Salesforce Omni Studio Developer , you’ll play a crucial role in developing applications in the assigned area of responsibility on CRM and peripheral systems with minimal guidance from a Lead Architect/Project Manager. Key Responsibilities: Customize and configure Salesforce Omni studio components, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Omni studio development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. Ensure code quality, maintain standards, and follow best practices. Technical Skills and Experience: Proficiency in developing guided journeys using Omni scripts, Data Raptors & Integration components using Integration Procedures in Omni studio and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) development. Ability to use Git for version control and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with DocuSign or other e-signature tools for document management. (Preferred ) Exposure to document generation tools such as Omni studio or DocuSign. (Preferred ) Understanding of the Salesforce Discovery Framework for efficient requirements gathering. (Preferred ) Qualification & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are a plus. (Preferred ) #J-18808-Ljbffr
