Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ALOIS Solutions Job Role: Salesforce System Analyst Job Type: Contract Location: Anywhere in Australia Minimum Qualifications: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Desirable system knowledge of enterprise applications such as Salesforce Experience using work tracking tools such as Azure Dev Ops The role is responsible for: Understanding the department's current and future technical environment including system dependencies. Interpreting technical solutions for non-technical staff such as business and business analyst stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions. Producing detailed designs, system process models, and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs as documented in Requirements documents, Epics, and process maps. Producing products within a DevOps and agile delivery model, including feature definition, requirements, and Product Backlog Items (PBI) definitions. Working closely with technical and accessibility specialists to facilitate system development. Analyzing systems to define nonfunctional business and system integration requirements. Working collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and define a high-level interface solution. Identifying and managing risks, assumptions, dependencies, and escalation. Planning and facilitating workshops with business and business analyst representatives to clarify requirements and present design solutions. Producing detailed designs, system process models, and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs. Utilizing excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships and networks internally and externally. Discussing technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff. Utilizing excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
