Immediate start in Sydney, working within financial services to merge two instances. Financial services client to merge Salesforce instances Lead workshops, capturing/migrating business processes Organisation: Come contract for a Global Salesforce Partner that specializes in Financial Services, Public Sector, and Non-for-profit implementations. They have flexible working arrangements with hybrid offices. Role: As the Salesforce technical business analyst, you will be joining a live project within the financial services domain based in Sydney CBD 2000. The project will be merging two Salesforce instances with a focus on service cloud and financial services cloud, which is advantageous. Your role will be to capture requirements in business processes, writing epics, features, and user stories. You will be liaising with architects and key stakeholders to: Lead the workshops documenting business processes Create and document the functional requirements Write and review requirements Work with the build team to deliver the designed solution Define the test acceptance criteria, assist with test case development and testing You will have: 5+ years of Salesforce business analyst/functional consultant experience Financial services experience advantageous, particularly with Financial Services Cloud Hands-on implementation of core Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Strong fundamental business analysis experience in requirements gathering skills, elicitation techniques, stakeholder management, and process mapping Strong understanding of requirements definition and playback to multiple stakeholders, business solution design including process, logical data models, use cases, and user stories Technical experience with configurations flows, process builder Excellent stakeholder engagement across all enterprise levels including the ability to collaborate with SMEs, architects, developers, and testers Must be able to document various levels of diagramming, including but not limited to BPMN, sequence diagrams, use case maps, and process diagrams Experience in working within highly complex, multi-stream, and integrated environments Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Information Technology Industries Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
