We are primarily seeking a Salesforce Vlocity Developer to work with our team. Location: Sydney/Melbourne Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications using Omnistudio (Vlocity) , Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Design and implement complex integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications, ensuring the highest level of performance, security, and scalability. Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations. Conduct code reviews and guide junior developers on best practices and development standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, ensuring the organization leverages the most effective tools and techniques. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance policies within Salesforce development. Required Skillsets: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning. Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and API development. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and development methodologies. Expertise in customizing Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, version control, and continuous integration. Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling within the Salesforce platform. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certification. Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Omnistudio (Vlocity) . Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins). Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Experience of Salesforce Health Cloud. Due to the nature of the role, you must be an Australian Citizen to be considered.
