Product Lead - SAP Finance - Permanent - Sydney/Hybrid - Must be Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident currently Working towards leadership of a Functional team with specialisation in SAP Finance (FICO, AP, AR, AA, PS, IM). This Application supports 1,000s of users and the team oversees the delivery of Enhancements/Projects during the business cycle. About the role Define future skills (technical and business partnering) needed in the team, and work with team members to build the skill sets. Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to understand the business objectives, anticipate the business needs, and translate them into backlog items of changes needed to support the objectives. Provide thought leadership on a Product roadmap to enable the delivery of key business and Technology objectives. Assist the Enhancement (CI/CD) Lead in the management and prioritisation of the Product Backlog, covering all changes needed, including problems, enhancements, and project requirements, with the prioritisation meeting the overarching business goals. About you Previous work experience with SAP FICO. S4 HANA end to end implementation/BAU support/Enhancements experience. Experience with enterprise applications, requiring mission critical availability and stability. Sound IT Service Management experience across the end to end service lifecycle, most importantly strategy, design and build.
