Contract role, till end of December 2025 with possible extension Attractive pay rate of $850 per day Work arrangement: Hybrid (WFH + Eveleigh office) PURPOSE OF THE ROLE As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor project progress, and ensure the seamless flow of deliverables. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while resolving blockers to ensure continuous progress on projects and BAU tasks. Compile and deliver detailed reports on project progress, SLAs, and KPIs. Track milestones, schedules, and deliverables for projects and BAU tasks. Enforce agreed processes and procedures across projects and pipelines. Report and assist the program and project manager to support efficient project management. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Minimum 5 years of experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban. At least 3 years of experience with Waterfall or PRINCE2 methodologies; PRINCE2 Agile experience is desirable. Proven track record in handling multiple concurrent IT initiatives using Agile methods.
