Job Description: Elysium Digital are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to work on site with one of our key clients based in Melbourne CBD. In this role, you will be responsible for leading agile projects, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure the timely delivery of projects by managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting accountability and continuous improvement. Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and resolve any impediments or blockers that may impact project delivery. Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices and principles. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in an agile environment. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
