Key Duties: Design engaging lesson plans that align with the VCE Business Management curriculum and cater to diverse student needs and abilities. Evaluate student performance through assessments, exams, projects, and other forms of evaluation to monitor their understanding and progress. Work collaboratively with other teachers, department heads, and school leadership to align curriculum, share best practices, and support the overall academic goals of the school. Tailor teaching methods and materials to accommodate the varied learning styles and abilities of students in the classroom. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering respect and cooperation among students. Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and educational trends in the field of Business Management. Skills & Experience: Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia. Hold relevant qualifications in Education (4-year bachelor degree containing minimum 1 year teaching qualifications). Current VIT registration. Willingness to support the school's ethos and Islamic faith values. Proven experience of at least 1 year in VCE/Upper years Secondary in Vic/Australia.
