Secondary Teacher (Humanities and English) - Mt Maria College, PETRIE Humanities and English Teaching Full-time | Fixed Term (2025 School Year) Graduates encouraged to apply Commencing March 2025 $84,078 - $121,093 per annum + Super (commensurate with experience) We seek an energetic and motivated Teacher to join MMCP to teach English and Humanities. The ability to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is desirable. Our teachers encourage student engagement through engaging pedagogy, thinking outside the box and making real-world links to careers and pathways. This role may include Senior Phase and Middle Phase classes. Graduates are encouraged to apply. We have a very supportive Early Career Teacher (ECT) program. This is a contract position until the end of the 2025 school year. Commitment to engage with colleagues, students, and parents/carers to achieve the best outcomes. Demonstrated competence against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers across professional knowledge, practice and engagement. At BCE our teachers are required to: Hold a current Queensland College of Teachers registration. Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
