Section Manager – Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Company: AMATA Corporation PCL Location: Scope of Work: Responsible for all aspects of building organization and people capabilities in response to business challenges and job roles through execution of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations - from Shared Service Center platform, Amata Group of Companies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Workforce Planning to profile the forecast manpower demand, supply, capabilities, and budgeting. Design Organization Charts and compose Job Description. Undertake recruitment process to fulfill staffing needs - through talent acquisition methods and initiatives to attract, scout, track applicants, screen, select, and hire, up to probation handling. In charge of internal staff movement (transfer, rotation) and internal posting. Responsible for internship program. Lead employer branding, pride, and image through Talent Acquisition process including DEI. Initiate and carry out motivational employee activities such as Best Employee Awards, Innovation Award, Teambuilding, and Staff outings. Engage in Employee Communications such as Staff Meetings and Work Rules. Handle employee disciplinary actions and disputes. Provide counseling in case of grievances. Represent the Company at employee life events such as hospital admissions and memorials. Oversee Amata Group’s PDPA compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or Social Sciences. Minimum GPAX 3.00. Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in Talent Acquisition - preferably from Recruitment Agencies and Corporate Communications. Good English (TOEIC Score at least 750). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Infographics. Familiarity with social media as recruitment AI tools is advantageous. Able to lead and conduct structured interviews from junior to senior levels. Capable of initiating and introducing Selection Instruments. Excellent planning, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good decision-making skills and the ability to operate flexibly in a fast-paced environment. Resilient, with a growth mindset and proactive approach, capable of delivering results in a time-tight setting. Good knowledge of labor-related laws and practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
