There are roles available for Section Waiters, Runners, Bartenders & Hosts. Successful applicants will hold a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Card, be well presented, and have previous experience in a premium/fine dining environment. An eagerness to expand their beverage knowledge focusing on wine and sake would make a role at Saké Restaurant & Bar a fantastic opportunity.
