About the Role: The Sector Manager Product Certification will support the implementation of organisational values, strategy, and processes through the development and maintenance of knowledge, practice, process, and documentation for sectors or schemes within the nominated portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Relate conformity assessment to stakeholder needs. Support regulatory initiatives and engage with industry, regulators, and scheme owners (e.g., CodeMark, WaterMark). Participate in technical discussions and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Manage knowledge transfer and allocated scheme committees. Undertake assessments, support assessors, and identify talent for the assessment pool. Coach and mentor assessors and technical specialists. Undertake projects and contribute to internal system improvements. Key Interfaces: Management, staff, and contractors. Certification and Inspection Bodies. Industry, community, scheme owners, and technical committees. Government and regulatory officials. Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: Experienced auditor/assessor (preferred). Knowledge of the Australian and/or New Zealand regulatory environment. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., construction, engineering). Experience in auditing/assessing against product standards. Eligible to work in Australia and New Zealand. What We Offer: Learning and development opportunities.
