Administration Officer – Defence Industry Join a dynamic team working alongside Defence to safeguard Australia’s national security with your sharp eye for detail and passion for investigation. We’re seeking highly motivated individuals with an investigative mind, strong attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to join our Brisbane team as an Administration Officer. This full-time permanent position will include the functions of a Defence Security Officer and is based at our Eight Mile Plains office. In this role, you will: Assist the Security manager with implementing security policies and procedures. Respond to security incident alerts and submit reports. Provide onboarding/offboarding/travel security briefings. Conduct internal auditing, assurance and remediation activities. Ensure personnel remain current with internal and client training requirements. Assist personnel to gain and maintain access to systems and applications. The role will also involve risk analysis, insider threat monitoring, and open-source intelligence gathering, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to expand their security skills or enter the industry.
