SUMMARY The Asia-Pacific Security Operations Program Manager’s role is to undertake the essential business activities that enhance and augment the security operations team’s effectiveness to do their daily tasks. The SOPM will assist Datacenter Physical Security operations with supporting daily rhythm of business compliance related activities, as well as support the team through information management and analytics associated with the conduct of the security operations. The SOPM will assist in ensuring datacenter personnel and subcontractors maintain their security compliance and provide support for sound Operations Security (OPSEC) practices in the region. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Compliance Support Act as the primary interim approver of Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) datacenter access tool (DCAT) tickets to support ANZ access control requirements. Administer and facilitate records administration in a database-like application to ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards. Support the facilitation and coordination of security-cleared escorts, administering and communicating requests between internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with internal departments to support records administration activities for security-clearance holders. Support administration of New Zealand Ministry of Justice checks to ensure compliance with New Zealand personnel vetting requirements. Consistent maintenance of compliance documentation and adherence to standardized procedures in preparation for audits. Information Management and Analytics Support Collate, analyse and present on quantitative metrics associated with APAC-wide datacenter access control, escort utilisation, datacenter traffic analysis, and other data driven security operations projects. Support periodical review and standardization of operational documents such as site startup/checkpoint implementation decks. Implementation of indicators, tracking tools, scorecards and reporting methods to enhance security team effectiveness and performance. Support data-led development of security awareness and education materials to enable regular content publication to the DCPS Security Operations feeds and develop key data-driven briefings to enhance stakeholder buy-in and education. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE At least 2 years’ working experience in a compliance and/or security program management role or demonstrated transferable skills from a related field. At least 2 years’ experience in data analytics and/or intelligence analysis. Full proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for business. Excellent working knowledge of database and information management. Bachelor's degree in a security or management related discipline; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Completion of AGSVA Security Officer course within the last 12 months. PREFERRED Datacenter experience or similar experience with critical infrastructure/government environment access control and compliance. Exposure to regulatory and industry compliance frameworks and audits. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen, background check, and currently hold an AGSVA NV-1 security clearance. Have a current passport or be able to obtain one. Able to travel (international or domestic, as required) approximately 10% of the time, occasionally with limited notice. Able to work evening or weekend hours when required, such as during an emergency or high-priority event.
