What You Will Do: Lead the expansion of MeAgain in Australia. Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to the Australian market. Leverage our established lead generation strategy to generate new leads. Manage and convert leads into active clients. Build and maintain strong partner relationships, with a focus on retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Be a core member of the MeAgain team, aligning with the company’s vision and values. Lead and collaborate with the MeAgain team at Australian trade fairs and sales events. Who You Are: A sales professional with 2-4 years of experience in driving B2B growth. Ideally, you have worked in a scaling startup environment (tech or other sectors) and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships. Highly organised and methodical, with a structured approach to problem-solving. A natural leader with high standards who helps the team achieve great results. An ambitious go-getter who drives performance and inspires others. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in B2B sales. Experience in growing companies or working with e-commerce businesses is a plus.
