Job Description

Talenza have been engaged by a financial services organisation to source a Senior Business Analyst for an AML program.Location: SydneyKey Responsibilities: Provide guidance on AML policies, working closely with the business to interpret rules within the current landscape. Assess and guide necessary changes to systems and processes, including interim risk acceptance where applicable. Plan and prioritize project deliverables, driving outcomes efficiently. Partner with business and technical teams to navigate delineation between policy/legal advisory and delivery functions. Skills & Experience: 6 + years Business Analyst experience End-to-end experience within banking projects, ideally financial crime Strong project experience in AML related projects Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and drive outcomes. Comfortable interpreting and applying AML policies Previous experience as a Lead Business Analyst is highly desirable.
