Senior Account Director - Brand / Design This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Account Director to join a prestigious brand/design agency. You'll lead a small client services team and will work alongside exceptional strategists and creatives to deliver innovative brand experiences. Brand Leadership : Manage all stages of brand development from the briefing process, naming and brand roll out across integrated channels. Campaign Management : Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, consistent execution from concept through to delivery. Strategic Direction : Guide branding and marketing efforts with insights that align brand identity to market trends and goals. Team Development : Mentor Account Managers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality and improvement. Client Relationships : Build strong, trusted partnerships with clients, offering strategic brand and campaign guidance. Financial Accountability : Manage budgets and revenue targets to ensure projects are on track and on brief. You: You’re adept at navigating all aspects of brand development, from strategy to execution, and excel at inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results. You have a passion for creativity paired with strategic insight and are committed to making brands unforgettable. You have proven brand/design agency experience and are passionate about branding, preferably within the property industry but not limited to this.
