About the role Safeguard Insurance Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Balcatta, Western Australia. This full-time position will play a crucial role in managing and growing our portfolio of insurance clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. What you'll be doing Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their changing insurance requirements and provide recommendations for coverage enhancements or adjustments Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on all insurance matters Identify new business opportunities through networking and prospecting Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals to both new and existing clients Effectively negotiate with insurance providers to secure the best possible terms and conditions for clients Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and managing the policy renewal process Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, products, and market trends to ensure clients receive the most relevant and comprehensive advice What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or equivalent role in the insurance brokerage industry Thorough understanding of the insurance industry, including various product lines and market dynamics Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex insurance concepts into easy-to-understand terms Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to secure the best outcomes for clients Proficient in the use of insurance industry software and tools A self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service What we offer At Safeguard Insurance Solutions, we are committed to fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
