As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with 7+ years of broking experience in mid-market and/or corporate insurance to join our high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Client & Portfolio Management – Oversee and grow a diverse portfolio of mid-market and corporate clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions. Strategic Advisory – Provide expert risk advice, ensuring clients are well-informed and adequately protected. Renewals & Onboarding – Manage the end-to-end process for policy renewals and new client onboarding. Mentorship & Leadership – Support and develop junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. Market Negotiation – Engage with insurers to secure competitive terms and comprehensive coverage for clients. Business Growth – Identify opportunities for new business and cross-selling within existing accounts. About You Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial/mid-market or corporate broking. Strong technical knowledge across business insurance, financial lines, construction, transport, or manufacturing . A client-first approach with excellent relationship management skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage end-to-end renewals and new client onboarding . Proven ability to negotiate and place complex risk programs . Tier 1 Broking Qualification (essential), Diploma preferred. A strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, growing business. Experience with WinBEAT, Officetech, SCTP, and Sunrise is advantageous.
