Senior Accountant – Career Growth, Balance & Support A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Accountant to take the next step in their career with a well-established and highly respected firm. The Role: Assist in the management of a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, family businesses, and corporate groups. Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and advisory work across multiple entity structures. Collaborate with senior staff and Partners, gaining exposure to complex accounting and taxation matters. Ensure compliance with ATO and legislative requirements while implementing tax-effective strategies. Assist in mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and technical support. About You: CA/CPA qualified or working towards (financial study support available) 3+ years' experience in business services, taxation, and advisory within public practice Strong technical accounting knowledge with a client-focused approach Experience managing multiple client engagements and deadlines Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, Excel, and tax research tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for professional growth Why Join?
