About the role: Help service a portfolio of SME clients, providing high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services. Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and business activity statements. Develop customised advisory solutions, from cash flow management to strategic business planning. Liaise with clients to provide timely insights and solutions tailored to their needs. Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring they grow under your guidance. Stay up to date with regulatory and tax changes, applying this knowledge to client engagements. What You'll Bring to the Team At least 4 years of experience in business services or advisory, with a strong technical foundation. CA qualified or nearing completion. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
