Your key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of loyal, long-term clients across various industries and building trusted relationships. Providing comprehensive tax compliance, advisory, and business services to clients. Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of junior accountants. Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and support their financial success. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, financial statements, and compliance requirements. Contributing to the firm’s strategic direction through business development initiatives and innovation. About You 3–5 years of Australian-based public practice experience.
