PUMA Oceania is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Executive to join our dynamic Finance team. This role will oversee and manage the end-to-end accounts payable process across Australia and New Zealand, including PUMA Cobra Golf. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Accounts Payable Executive at PUMA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the accounts payable process, work with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your expertise will help drive seamless financial transactions across Australia and New Zealand. Accounts Payable Management – Process high-volume invoices, including stock and international payments, in line with PUMA’s authorisation matrix. Reconciliations & Reporting – Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, creditor statements, and intercompany invoices. Process Leadership – Support and guide offshore AP assistance to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Expense Management – Manage the Zoho expense system for credit card and employee expense claims. Stakeholder Collaboration – Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Process Improvements – Identify and implement efficiencies to enhance accuracy and productivity. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a detail-driven and proactive finance professional with a strong background in accounts payable. If you thrive in high-volume environments, have a keen eye for accuracy, and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes, this role is for you. Your expertise in financial systems, problem-solving abilities, and ability to adapt in a fast-moving business will be key to your success at PUMA. 5+ years of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word). Experience in Retail or FMCG is preferred. Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills .
