Senior Advisor (First Nations Workforce Strategy) This is an identified position and is open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. An opportunity is now available for a Senior Advisor (First Nations Workforce Strategy) to join our People Portfolio and be part of our mission to shape the future of our workforce and employee experience at UniSQ. UniSQ supports First Nations peoples to excel in teaching, research, and enterprise, with senior First Nations leadership and our First Nations Strategy Workforce Framework setting the foundations of a safe, collaborative, and inclusive environment. Your relevant qualification or experience in a similar professional role and your passion for positively shaping the First Nations employee experience at UniSQ. You will also have: This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders while contributing to the First Nations employee experience at UniSQ. Location: Giabal and Jarowair (Toowoomba) or Jagera, Yuggera and Ugarapul (Ipswich) and in line with flexible work arrangements. Term: Full-time continuing appointment (36 hours/week). Flexible work arrangements may be considered.
