Senior Advisor (Marketing & Communications) Transport and Main Roads (Organisation site)Strategic Communications; Governance; Corporate; Brisbane An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced marketing and communications professional to join TMR’s Strategic Communication Unit as a Senior Advisor to provide customer-focused, innovative, accessible and inclusive marketing and communication that directly impacts Queensland communities and industry. Our multidisciplinary communication unit is seeking a marketing and communication professional to join the team as the Senior Advisor (Marketing & Communication) in TMR's Strategic Communication Unit. The marketing and communication team provides critical business communication to a wide range of stakeholders. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of integrated and responsive outcomes using contemporary marketing and communication platforms and practices that contribute to building a positive workplace culture, elevating TMR's brand and achieving departmental business priorities and strategic objectives. To excel in this role you'll need: Highly Desirable Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, marketing, public relations, or similar: or at least five years of experience in a like role. Brand Management: Experience developing and maintaining brand identity, positioning and messaging across various channels. Campaign Management and Data Analysis: Expertise in planning, executing and evaluating marketing campaign performance to optimise results and enhance brand reputation. Content Creation: Proficient in creating high-quality digital, marketing and communication content and assets for various communication channels to support organisational initiatives and crisis messaging. Stakeholder and Relationship Management Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills and experience building and maintaining relationships with diverse and complex internal and external stakeholder groups.
