Senior Agile Project Manager / Delivery Lead Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead – Agile | Product Business | End-to-End Implementations Are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead with a passion for end-to-end implementations, Agile delivery, and building high-performing teams? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing software product company, where you’ll play a key role in driving Agile frameworks, establishing best practices, and mentoring other project managers. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to lead multiple end-to-end implementations, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-impact solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to shape Agile delivery structures, drive process improvements, and influence how projects are executed at scale. This role is ideal for someone with a strong delivery background in Agile environments, coupled with a strategic mindset and a passion for coaching teams to success. What You’ll Do Lead complex end-to-end implementations within a product software environment, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Establish and refine Agile structures across multiple teams, introducing best practices to improve efficiency and delivery. Mentor and support other project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance. Engage with senior stakeholders to define project goals, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Champion Agile delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement iterative and scalable solutions. Continuously drive process improvement, leveraging data and feedback to refine workflows and optimize execution. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in project/program management, with a strong delivery focus. Proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations in an Agile environment. Experience implementing Agile frameworks and improving delivery structures within a product/software company. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and drive strategic outcomes. Experience mentoring and coaching other project managers or delivery teams. Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project. Background in ERP implementations is a plus, as is experience with Document Management or Automation systems.
