Senior Airport Operations Coordinator - DIA The Senior Airport Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supervising the Terminal & Airside Operations Officers (TAOO), ensuring the efficient and seamless delivery of daily terminal and airside operations. A key focus of the role is ensuring the airport operates in full compliance with company policies, aviation standards, and regulatory obligations. This includes the implementation of robust operational processes, systems, and training programs to meet civil aviation safety, security, and environmental requirements. Additionally, the position is dedicated to driving exceptional service delivery, enhancing operational efficiency, and strong stakeholder performance. Driving continuous improvement, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving, the role aims to deliver strategic business goals. Operations Supervise the delivery of activities airside and within the terminal. Set expectations and manage the performance of service delivery activities and conduct of TAOOs in alignment to ADGs values and behaviours. Supervise the daily Terminal operations and ensure items raised are reviewed, actioned, and communicated. Supervise the daily Airside activities including runway, taxiway and apron inspections, wildlife management activities, Airside driving compliance, and hazard management. Set the TAOO roster, training and leave plan, ensuring equality, cost effectiveness and coverage including relief when required. Ensure team and stakeholders comply with operational performance requirements set in the Terminal Operations Manual, Terminal Evacuation Plan, Airport Standard Operating Procedures, and Aerodrome Manual. Supervise the management of operational incidents, hazards and other issues in a timely manner in accordance with company management systems, policies and requirements. Implement and support comprehensive training programs, encompassing mandatory and technical training and ongoing professional qualifications and development. Supervise the performance of key business stakeholders. Participate in, and assist with, emergency response training exercises and respond to an activation of an emergency plan. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other aviation industry participants and agencies (i.e. Airlines, Law Enforcement and Home Affairs) in relation to aviation operational related matters. Coordinate & deliver a range of operational meetings. Work with other departments on ensuring the relevant stakeholders are informed of unforeseen disruptions or maintenance works prior to the activity being conducted. Provide SME input to Terminal and Airside projects. ADG Comply with the ADG DAMP program. Comply with Company Safety & Environment policies and Safety Management System. Identify, assess, and manage risk through application of ADG Risk Management Framework. Promote sustainable and safety conscious culture by ensuring environmental and safety risks are identified, assessed, and treated. Cyber Security Apply ADG Policy and Guidelines to identify and respond to cyber security threats.
