What this job involves: Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our high performing Capital Markets team! In this role, you will focus on Middle Markets and provide analytical support to increase their effectiveness and financial performance. A snapshot of the role: Manage a range of critical and analytical tasks, undertaking detailed due diligence of commercial properties Work with internal and external stakeholders to form an opinion on a property’s value and its appropriate return metrics Manage campaign due diligence queries and provide fast and accurate response Produce advertising material for press advertising and online content Assume overall responsibility for the creation and delivery of top quality pitch documents for major assets, primarily in the commercial sector Source, collect and collate sales evidence on a national basis and preparation of detailed Sales Analyses. Retain and prepare sales listings on a national basis Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for: You’ll have strong analytical skills and research capabilities, whilst being able to communicate effectively with your team but also to clients directly. You’ll have experience working in a highly driven environment and thrive on operating autonomously whilst meeting tight deadlines. A Property degree with proven valuations or property transaction experience is highly favourable as is competency in Forbury or similar programs.
