Our credit provisioning team sits within Finance and Tax - Advisory and Governance, which is part of Financial Management, People and Engagement function of Macquarie. The team is responsible for delivery of end-to-end credit provisioning process, collaborating with teams across Financial Management and the broader Macquarie Group. You will facilitate the end-to-end credit provisioning processes across the group. This would cover both the operational and reporting aspects of the process while specifically being responsible for financial accounting activities including understanding of the chart of accounts, journaling process, posting, reconciliation and ledger review, and an ability to manage large data sets within the credit provisioning systems. You will also be involved in the compilation and delivery of the credit reports on a monthly and periodic basis, as well as having an awareness of the wider groups projects where you will be involved in impact reviews and supporting the upgrade of the credit provisioning system. What you offer Commerce/Accounting degree and professional accounting qualifications. Qualified or part qualified CA. Effective communication skills, with a genuine willingness to collaborate across the group. An adaptable and agile mindset. An analytical and risk mindset. Strong problem solving and good attention to detail. Use excel and other reporting tools such as Alteryx and Power BI.
