We have an unwavering focus on building a flexible and adaptable workforce, driving leadership capability, creating safe workplaces and building a positive employee experience.As the Senior Analyst EX Technical Platform and Data you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Qualtrics EX platform and data integrations. This role supports the Qantas Listening Strategy by ensuring the back-end integration of data is seamless, enabling rich analysis and insights to understand what matters most to our people. From supporting with Group wide Engagement Surveys, Life Cycle Surveys and a range of employee experience initiatives, this role will have a direct influence on culture by sharing regular valuable insights to senior leadership. Through a strong understanding of quantitative data techniques, project management and partnering with stakeholders, the Senior Analyst EX Technical Platform and Data ensures the Qualtrics EX Platform is managed and maintained meticulously to deliver valuable data and insights.Reporting to the Manager, Employee Experience this role will be key in influencing for organisational change through an extensive understanding of employee data, providing strategic advice to the leadership team, and generalist knowledge in people and culture solutions to guide analysis and meaningful action. This role has an employee centric mentality with a passion for shaping workplace culture. It is detail orientated with an innovative and curious mindset who strives for continuous improvement whilst tasked with balancing stakeholders, policy, process and technology to create meaningful datasets, improve efficiencies and provide accurate insights to drive workforce initiatives.You’ll have; Ideally 3+ years demonstrated experience in a data and insights or technical EX role Degree in quantitative discipline or related analytical field (Data Science, Organisational Psychology) (Desired) Progressed data analysis skills using Excel, including pivots and formulae Powerpoint skills to produce insights and storytelling to senior audiences Experience collaborating with People Services teams to input large structured and unstructured raw data into relevant platforms, with a proven track record of success Prior experience with EX platforms and HRIS systems is preferable (Workday, Qualtrics, Culture Amp and PowerBI) Proven ability to communicate insights, partner with stakeholders, and provide recommendations in a clear and concise manner Self-directed with the aptitude to set priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment in order to meet strict deadlines High initiative, proactive and solutions orientated Professional, calm and considered approach under pressure and when working to tight deadlines We’re expected to drive our own learning.
