You will provide effective ongoing support services for approved council applications from initial installation to maintenance and further custom design. The successful candidate will possess: Tertiary qualifications in Information Services/Information Technology/Computer Science or similar relevant discipline with extensive relevant practical experience. Demonstrated experience in the management and support of corporate systems in a large government or commercial setting, including business as usual support, lifecycle and business system architecture planning. Excellent understanding of industry trends, problem solving, advanced analytical and troubleshooting ability to help reduce business costs and continuously improve outcomes. Proven ability to manage a broad spectrum of relationships and partnerships within a highly complex multi-stakeholder environment. Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills, written and oral communication skills including documenting, requirement building (RFP), presenting findings and outcomes; and report writing. Proven ability to work in a team and collaborative environment, manage time and meet deadlines. SharePoint Knowledge will be beneficial. Yarra City Council is a dynamic and progressive organisation.
