About the role Leadership: The Manager for this role is Jason Booth. Jason is based in Perth and leads our Networking and Infrastructure practice across ANZ. As a Senior Architect with Insight, you will be a delivery-focused technology specialist, who is viewed as a trusted advisor by our clients. We will count on you to own and implement proposed solutions, whilst overseeing the Delivery Consultant team members and remaining engaged with the client. Along the way, you will get to: Act as a leader for the differentiation of Insight’s technical capability. Act as a team lead on smaller engagements, taking ownership of the team tasks. Provide consulting services including discovery, design, build, deployment, test, pilot, documentation, and transition. Assist customers in resolving highly technical and complex problems. Support client proposals and get involved early in client planning and solution definition. We are looking for a Senior Architect with: Substantial experience in a Network Architect role within a Services environment. Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships. Ability to engage and lead a team of Delivery Consultant team members. Substantial experience in network design and architecture, ability to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure networks. Experience in implementing large scale campus, DC and Wi-Fi networks. Experience with network monitoring and network security tools. Experience in evaluation, selecting and managing relationships with vendors and service providers. Experience in data centre migrations, building moves and transformation programs of work.
