About The Role We are seeking a proactive, ambitious and growth-minded individual to join our SA Asset Management team. We have a portfolio of existing client relationships and a pipeline of work that provide foundations for growth. Our current portfolio of work aligns with establishing ourselves as a top tier Asset Management provider across all regions in sectors including: Health Tertiary Education Defence Resources and Energy We work with Clients at all layers of the supply chain including strategy execution, facility, estate and portfolio planning; construction; and operations and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Leading, managing and delivering a diverse portfolio of works and projects. Development of strategic asset management plans. Development of asset management plans and strategies/tactics for improvement. Provide capability and maturity in operational readiness, process safety and asset risk and performance services. Governance across asset health, lifecycle modelling and condition reporting. Developing and maintaining Client relationships that align with Lucid’s strategy for growth. Continuously improving service delivery quality for our clients. Internal and external stakeholder coordination. The role works across a matrixed environment in collaboration with and supported by; Our SA Asset Management Regional lead. The Asset Management leadership group collectively support and lead the delivery of Lucid’s asset management strategy. Our Asset Management National Leads. The National Leads are responsible for developing, delivering our strategy, including team development and business unit performance. Our SA Asset Management team. The team will concentrate on delivering our asset management service offerings to clients. Our SA Core engineering team offers engineering capability and supports our Asset Management capability. About You To be successful in this role, it is expected that you will have the following attributes: Values driven and interested in helping to drive Lucid’s purpose of “Creating a Better World”. An Australian-recognised tertiary degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Architecture or Project Management or have demonstrated experience in delivery of Asset Management services. Minimum 6 years’ experience in relevant markets. Deep understanding of Asset Management principles and practices. Understanding of ISO55000 series of standards. Demonstrated experience in: Leading teams and managing contractors. Developing Asset Management Plans at a strategic and operational level. Operational readiness, process safety or asset risk and performance. Experience in working with Clients throughout their entire asset lifecycle, including end users, consultancy partners and contractors. Demonstrated portfolio of successful projects across the supply chain. Hold or desire to attain Certified Associate in Asset Management status with the Asset Management Council, or equivalent i.e. The Institute of Asset Management. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively communicate with various internal and external stakeholders. Great analytical skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel within the region or interstate, including to remote sites intermittently. Australian Citizenship or permanent working rights in Australia.
