AAMG are currently partnering with a leading producer of metallurgical coal, to recruit a Senior Asset Manager for a key contract role. 23rd January, 2025 Autonomy & Asset Management Group is a Queensland based business supporting the mining/resources industry in autonomy and asset management. We provide a range of services that include Automation and Technology, Asset Management, Skilled Trades, and Technical Placements to support large-scale projects working on a range of the latest OEM equipment. We're seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our client in their Brisbane office. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Developing Asset Management Plans, Processes & Frameworks Crafting strategies for Life of Asset Strategy & Optimisation Performing Life Cycle Costing & Modelling, including Total Cost of Operations Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement asset management plans, processes, and frameworks that align with Coronado's business objectives Optimise asset performance and implement strategies for the extended life of assets Perform life cycle cost modelling and manage total cost of operations to improve financial outcomes Collaborate with various teams to ensure asset management initiatives are aligned with operational and strategic goals Provide expertise and recommendations to reduce risk and enhance asset reliability What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in asset management, maintenance planning, or a related field, preferably within the mining, heavy industry, or similar sectors Strong knowledge of asset types such as draglines, shovels, overland conveyors, hydraulic excavators, trucks, and similar equipment Expertise in life cycle cost models, asset performance optimization, and operational efficiency Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams A strategic mindset, with problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement For more details or to apply, email your updated resume to Hayley Smith - #J-18808-Ljbffr
