Your new role Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for new business. Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and networking activities. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth objectives. Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Oversee financial management of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking. Provide technical oversight and mentorship to project teams, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. What you'll need to succeed Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil engineering consultancy, with significant exposure to urban land development projects. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of team and project management. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships. Strong business development capabilities, including market analysis, client outreach, and proposal development. Solid understanding of industry regulations, sustainability practices, and emerging trends in urban development. Urban land development project experience is essential.
