The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Associate, Operational Services to join our manufacturing Bulk stream at our Broadmeadows site. Reporting to the Manager, Operational Services you will manage the implementation of routine changes in response to manufacturing value stream priorities and provide expertise in the facilitation and analysis of deviation investigations within manufacturing. The Role Investigate manufacturing deviations, lead investigation teams, and manage documentation. Collaborate with QA and manufacturing to assess risk, verify investigation accuracy, and communicate conclusions to stakeholders. Represent manufacturing value stream as change coordinator for BMW portfolio and engineering projects. Lead cross-functional task completion for routine changes on existing and new processes. Ensure correct SMEs are engaged for effective change through understanding CSL systems and organization. Plan and coordinate changes, ensuring timely task completion by all stakeholders. Your skills and experience Tertiary Qualification in Sciences or Engineering. 5 – 10 years manufacturing experience (R&D, Tech Services, Quality or Manufacturing) in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or biological industry. Basic to intermediate project and change management experience, working as part of a larger team. Demonstrated understanding of cGMP, regulatory requirements and relevant environmental, health and safety requirements as applicable to secondary manufacturing.
