Responsibilities Cost planning and feasibility studies Post contract services including progress claims and variations assessments Preparation of tax depreciation schedules Skills & Experience Well established in the Gold Coast Region Able to work independently and as part of a cohesive team Strong Bank/Financial Reporting experience Completion of AIQS/RICS full membership Proficient in CostX or Cubit Ability to develop strong professional client relationships Technically strong cost planning, cost management, and reporting skills Proven technical abilities and a willingness to adopt industry-specific technology Assist in the regional expansion of a well-established business Industry-leading technology & infrastructure Opportunity for career progression and growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
