Senior Associate/Analyst | Market Operations Join our Deal Management team in our Market Operations division and have the opportunity to be responsible for successful balance sheet operations on behalf of Macquarie Asset Management and Macquarie Capital. Our team manages all ongoing global transactions throughout their lifecycle from pre-settlement to termination. In this role, you will take responsibility for deal support, including initial operational setup, life-cycle event transactions, and addressing related queries from internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee daily operations by facilitating internal and external cash transactions and coordinate funding requirements to ensure smooth financial operations. Additionally, you will provide support for the execution of foreign exchange trades and assist with various reporting requirements to maintain accurate financial records. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage operational support requirements, identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase productivity, and support the performance management and development of the team to drive success. What you offer 2-5 years prior experience in an operations, finance or related environment Demonstrated stakeholder management experience An inquisitive mindset and exceptional communication and prioritisation skills with the ability to drive change and challenge the status quo Experience using analytical software such as Alteryx and Power BI is advantageous.
