You will have a key role in business development, market management, managing the mechanical design team and be instrumental in client relations, project management and the delivery of completed projects. Represent the company in project and client meetings Preparing and reviewing fee proposals Assessing client technical and contractual requirements Preparation of project construction and variation estimates. Coordination of design documentation with other project consultants. Reviewing of documentation carried out by employees. Preparation of certification documents and issuing to authorities. Project construction reviewing, supervision, reports, and commissioning. Skills required Extensive experience within the Building Services Industry Experience in local Melbourne market is a must Strong technical background Substantial history of business development Ability to foster and maintain interpersonal and client relationships.
